Bookings
Booking requests made through this website are requests rather than confirmed appointments. A booking is confirmed once we have contacted you and agreed a date and time.
Quotes and estimates
Prices given before inspection are estimates. Where a fault requires diagnosis, a firm price can only be given once the cause has been identified. Additional work is carried out only with your approval.

Vehicles left with us
Please remove valuables before leaving your vehicle. Vehicles are left with us on the basis that you are the owner or are authorised to instruct work on the owner's behalf.
